At EVE LOM, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your beauty products, you may return new or gently used items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all lids are securely closed to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid return shipping label provided by our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
